37th DIRTcar Nationals At Volusia
Concord, NC — Jan. 15, 2008
— World Racing Group announced today that Alltel
Wireless, America’s largest network, providing coverage across
the nation, will be the title sponsor for the 37th Annual
DIRTcar Nationals. The DIRTcar Nationals feature the Advance
Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, the World of
Outlaws Late Model Series, the Advance Auto Parts Super DIRTcar
Series and UMP DIRTcar Racing.
The Alltel DIRTcar Nationals is the perfect spot to launch the
2008 racing season with 12 consecutive nights of racing and more
than half a million dollars at stake during the Feb. 5-16 event
at Volusia Speedway Park near Daytona Beach, FL. The 2008 Alltel
DIRTcar Nationals at the high-speed half-mile oval in
Barberville, FL is once again expected to attract more than 60
410-winged sprint cars, 100 dirt late models, 40 Big-Block
Modifieds and 70 UMP DIRTcar open wheel modifieds.

Annual Alltel DIRTcar Nationals is just four days away at
Volusia Speedway Park in Florida, on February 8.
In celebration of the series
30th anniversary season this year, for each of
the 10 days leading up to the event, each one of the Top-10
all-time A-Feature winners with the Advance Auto Parts World
of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will be highlighted. These 10
drivers have combined for 1,449 A-Feature wins with the
series dating back to 1978. Of the 10 drivers, four will be
competing full-time with the series in 2008, beginning with
the 37th Annual Alltel DIRTcar Nationals at
Volusia Speedway Park. read

Defending UMP DIRTcar
Late Model Champ Dennis Erb Jr. Will Be Ready For Alltel DIRTcar
Nationals!
BARBERVILLE , FL – Jan. 23, 2008 – By the time the dirt Late
Model portion of the 37th annual Alltel DIRTcar Nationals begins
on Feb. 11 at Volusia Speedway Park , Dennis Erb Jr. will have
already knocked any winter-time rust off his game.
In fact, the 2007 UMP DIRTcar Racing Summernationals and
National Late Model champion might even be in mid-season form.
